Hello Everyone!  
The board has been kind of quiet latley and i just wanted to see how everyone was doing! My husband and I have been looking at house and are planning on buying another one. He is a realtor and he is very picky about the houses we own. But we both want a really big one and we have been looking at quite a few recently. I look forward to a new house because i will get my own office for my scrapbooking and for my son's crafts. We have been in our house for 3 years (my husband 9 years) and we want a big backyard. I like to do Safari's in the yard with my son and some friends.
Well, just wanted to say hi and make sure everyone was doing ok.

How fun is that? Looking for a house. My husband I have a big home and I love it. I know it just the two of us, but we love the space all 6000 sq feet of it on 3 levels.  It serves us quite nicely.  I have my rooms for scrapbooking..Yes it started out as one room, but I have expanded to 2. Need the space.  I have been so darn busy lately that I have not been on here.  Did you find a house?  How are you doing?  Happy Mother's day to you...Judy

Well, we didn't find a house for ourselves, but we bought 4 more houses to rent out then flip in two years. We already have three other rentals which now puts us to 7 and 8 with the one we live in. We are planning on buying two more by the end of June. The market is absolutely crazy here. We bought a rental last year and we have alreay made $300,000 on it. It's amazing. So it looks like my house is on hold for a little while longer. But we did buy a 5th wheel and a truck so we can camp all summer long. And hopefully everything is good with u Judy. Busy is a good thing as long as it's doing what you love  ;)
