Please remember that we do not actively monitor the contents of posted messages and are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of Simply Scrapping or any entity associated with the Simply Scrapping. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary or appropriate. When you register as a member you will create a user name and password. The user name selected must be unique and acceptable to Simply Scrapping and each member may only have one member name. No user name may contain any store name, tradename, website domain name, or company name. Anonymous accounts are also prohibited and Simply Scrapping may delete any such account in its sole discretion. All members agree to keep their password secret as it is the most important security measure on the internet. When other people know it, you are subject to their abusing your registration. You will be held liable for all misuse by others. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the user name and password, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your user name and password. Simply Scrapping reserves the right to delete or refuse the registration of any account at any time for any or no reason.

The Community Board & Gallery and the rest of the Simply Scrapping site shall be used only in a noncommercial manner. You will not distribute or otherwise publish any material containing any solicitation of funds, promotion, advertising, or solicitation for goods or services nor may you use any of the content on the Community Board or Simply Scrapping website for commercial purposes. Please note that chain letters and pyramid schemes and the solicitation of other members to join or become members of any commercial online service or other organization is also prohibited on the Simply Scrapping Community Board. You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use the Simply Scrapping Community Board to post any material which is false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise objectionable or violative of any law. You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or you otherwise have the legal right to post such material. You also agree to be respectful of Simply Scrapping's and its staff and other posters.

Simply Scrapping reserves the right to delete any message for any or no reason whatsoever. You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Simply Scrapping, its parents, affiliates, co-branders or other partners and their respective officers, directors and agents from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made or threatened by any third party due to or arising out of your use of or conduct on the Simply Scrapping website or a breach of this Agreement, including without limitation, with respect to any claim based upon transmission of your message(s) or your violation of any rights of another.

By displaying or publishing ("posting") any information, data, messages, text, graphics, images, photos, video, sounds, profiles, works of authorship, or any other materials (collectively, "Content") on the Simply Scrapping Community & Gallery site, you hereby grant to Simply Scrapping, a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify (to the extent required for formatting purposes), publicly display, store, reproduce, transmit, and distribute such Content on and through the Simply Scrapping website, including a right to sublicense the Content to Simply Scrapping users to permit them to copy and use the Content for their private, non-commercial use. This license will terminate at the time you remove such Content from the website. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a back-up or residual copy of the Content posted by you may remain on the Simply Scrapping servers after you have removed the Content from the website, and Simply Scrapping retains the rights to hold those copies for its records. Simply Scrapping has no control over such sites and resources and is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources and does not endorse and assumes no responsibility or liability for any content, advertising, products or materials on or available from such sites or resources. Simply Scrapping assumes no responsibility or liability, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.
