Are you stressed? Not enough time to do the things you want to do.  Never enough hours in a day? Do you feel on emotional overload? You can get things done and have a fulfilled life, too; but not if you simply keep pushing. Working and living non stop will lead you down the path of "Crash and Burn"

If you have visited the Tips & Techniques Section and found Organizing Your Photos helpful then this is for you.

If you want to achieve balance in your life and fulfillment we need to organize and prioritize what is causing us overload.

In discovering "My Core Values" I had to "STOP" and figure out what exactly were my values and what was taking up all my time. I felt my life, my feelings, my future were all out of control.  I kept getting the same results not matter how I re-arranged the pieces.

I love resolutions. We all go through that time in our life where we decided we want to make a resolution. Perhaps it is the dawn of a New Year, or after a crisis. Have you ever said, "I am never going to do that again." with you repeating it again in some point in your life.

For me, I had to sit down and reflect on where my priorites were by gathering and sifting through my life.  What was taking up all my time? Where did the day go?  I always said I need a plan for living because I am not doing a great job doing it on my own.

HALT: It is time to stop and take a look at what are with doing with what we have. Are you where you want to be doing what you want to be doing? I would have to honestly say "No" or Not quite".

We tend to try to cram to much in a day or do too much. Getting organzied not only scrapping but organizing your day, your week, your future is a challenge for all of us. Why not start today on not only organizing your photos but organzing our life.

Now that we have journaled our 10 things to be grateful for now let's come up with 5 Values.

What are your 5 Values that are the most important to you in order.

Before I made changes or did a re-organizing in my life, mine looked something like this.

1. My children
2. My Job
3. Others
4. My Significant Other (was not married at the time)
5. Myself

Today My Priorities look like this:
1. My Faith
2. My Family
3. My Friends
4. My Fitness
5. My Finances

If we are going to live our lives I think we need to learn on how to get the most out of it.

Don't settle for less when you can have more is a favorite motto of mine.  We are going to learn how we can have more by doing less, simply we need to get a plan for living.

I know this is going to be hard, but I would like each of you to get your own little notebook and pen and begin with writing down your 5 values.  Underneath those values journal how your living either meets those values in order or how it doesn't.

If you feel comfortable sharing on line in the forum, feel free. Remember, the messages will be public and if you do not feel comfortable doing that, please stick to your notebook.

Until next post.... Have a super day!  Judy

Hi Judy,
Wow talk about having some moments of reflection, this really made me do some soul searching!  Here are my 5...

1. My faith
2. My family
3. Being the best role model and teacher I can be for my son
4. Security (having a loving home for my family)
5. My integrity by being true to myself  (never doubting that "gut instinct" we all have)
