Grab that notebook you use for your grocery list and use that for your Goal Grocery List.
I know you only need 5 things from the store. It is only milk, bread, hamburger, cheese, and garbage bags. I don't need to make a list.
How many times do you get to the store only to forget one, but not two of only 5 items?
Today lets list 5 things we want to accomplish today.
1. Get dressed. LOL.
Sometimes for us stay at home mom's or in my case working from home, lounging in the ole Pj"s is a little more comfortable. So I will put that on my list today. Now the rest of your goals have to accomplish a task. Let's give it a try. Don't let that voice in your head tell you I don't need a list. By getting in the habit of making that list you are one step closer to getting organzied, simply. Take the challenge.
